Fast delivery
Place your order before 5:00 PM? Then we will ship your order the same day from our warehouse in Amersfoort, Netherlands.
Free shipping applies to orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Austria.
Netherlands & Belgium
Delivery the next working day with PostNL or DHL.
Germany & France
Delivery within 2 working days. In exceptional cases, this can take up to 3 working days when shipping with GLS or DPD.
Austria
Delivery within 3 working days with GLS or DPD.
Other EU countries
For other EU countries, we charge €5 shipping costs. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination country.
We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, GLS, and DPD to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Returns and exchanges
If you are unexpectedly not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to return or exchange your order, please contact us via info@tiny-thinkers.nl. We will then send you our return form so you can easily start the process. This way, we make returning just as worry-free as ordering.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning.
1. The customer has 30 days to revoke the order (notify return).
2. After this notification, the customer has another 7 days to actually return the product.
3. The refund should take place within 14 days after the return notification.
